The Maggie Street CDC Critical Home Repair (CHR) Program is funded by allocations made through Montgomery County under the American Rescue Plan Act.
This program addresses the growing need for emergency home repairs, offering assistance to low- and moderate-income homeowners. Eligible homeowners can access these services at no cost, on a first-come, first-served basis, while funds last.
Owner-occupied single-family homes built on-site, as well as qualifying manufactured homes, within Montgomery County are eligible for this program if they require critical structural repairs or have conditions that pose a threat to the health and safety of the occupants.
More Details are provided about these requirements on the application.
